About Our Founder
THULIR was founded by a young Eelam Tamil living in Switzerland, along with their childhood friends from Tamil Eelam. Though the founder grew up as a refugee and faced numerous challenges, they have an unwavering commitment to making a difference. With no significant personal wealth or revenue, the founder is driven by a profound sense of responsibility and the belief that even small acts of kindness can create big changes.
The founder’s friends, based in Tamil Eelam, work on the ground to identify those in need and ensure that aid reaches them efficiently and transparently. Together, they form a team rooted in trust, compassion, and a shared vision for change.
